“Is this computer able to run the full Microsoft office suite. I just need a Windows based computer to work on excel and access files? I can use a USB drive to save the files. Thanks.”

That is exactly what this machine is designed for; those of us who regularly use MS Office applications and don't want to carry around the bulky full sized laptops and/or don't have a need for all the bells and whistles.
