No. Not nearly enough CPU power, memory, or Drive space you need. A virtual machine will work (barely) at 4GB memory, work ok at 8, and really should have 16 to play with. You're running 2 operating systems at once and each one needs enough memory to work. Think I5 plus with minimum 8GB or you'll drive yourself nuts waiting for things to get done. I have a couple virtual machines and memory is what makes them tick smoothly.
