Actually you can use a microsd card to create a D drive where you can then install almost all windows 10 compatible programs. You have to set it up correctly by creating a folder for the programs to do into but that's extremely easy to do. You are always going to have to watch the C drive to make sure it isn't getting too full and that's not easy with only 32gbs (some of which is already taken up by the OS) but the D drive will help to at least not make the situation worse.
