Actually you can use a microsd card to create a D drive where you can then install almost all windows 10 compatible programs. You have to set it up correctly by creating a folder for the programs to do into but that's extremely easy to do. You are always going to have to watch the C drive to make sure it isn't getting too full and that's not easy with only 32gbs (some of which is already taken up by the OS) but the D drive will help to at least not make the situation worse.

The SD card slot is for storage memory, you won't be able to load most programs to this removable memory, due to Copyright laws. The maximum additional storage space is 128GB.
