• I use ms office, word, PowerPoint, and excel spreadsheet, they all work fine. I don't know if this is specifically my settings but I can't upload any files to attach, like in an email or my homework assignments online, without first saving it as a PDF file. Otherwise the computer performs really well with this software.

• This device comes with a free 1-year subscription of Microsoft 365, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. With regard to Microsoft Access that will depend on the requirements of that specific software. We recommend you check with the software publisher for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 32-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
