• The Lenovo IdeaPad 15.5-Inch Laptop, model number 81UT00EAUS is a traditional laptop. It does not have a touchscreen and can not be used in tablet mode. This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. We recommend you consult your certified technician about your storage upgrade options.

• No and no Do not bother. This is not a good laptop. I returned mine. The battery lasts less than 2 hours! The fan is loud (like a hand vacuum) and it is slow.
