No. It does not have a dvd/cd drive. Manufacturers are now referring to those drives as "optical" drives, and they are becoming obsolete as people use thumb drives, wireless connections, and store information in "the cloud". You can buy an external optical drive which will connect to this laptop by USB; they are not as convenient as a built in, but they don't cost very much.
