• Just sign in the the installed copy of Microsoft Office 365 with your existing credentials (User Name and Password) to access your current Microsoft Office 365 Account.

• MS office is 15 months with automatic subscription. You would have to contact MS office, but I know once you have an account that same account could apply to the new laptop depending on the subscription you purchased. Contact MS Office.
