Does anyone know how to fix the auto startup of this model when you try to open the lid? I found the solution if I am willing to switch out the S mode; however, I want to keep it as s mode. The Lenovo support said I have to pay for a solution. Any help? null

No sure in S mode as I moved out of S right away.
But if you have Lenovo Vantage then you can do it from there.
In my device, power. Under power setting , turn off Flip to boot.

Go to Lenovo Vantage tool and there you will have that option to switch.
Go to Device, My Device Setting , Power
Under Power Settings turn off Flip to boot
