best to update all drivers before use of this software there's a dvd drive on left side of the laptop just click the button on the drive it will open up best to use windows movie or tv app or use power dvd

Open the CD/DVD-RW tray, put in a writable disc, close the tray and you are ready to copy files to the writable disc. Please note, there is no Media Player/Creator software installed with Windows 10 Home on this device. You will not be able to play/create a commercial/playable disc without this Media Player/Creator Software. This includes playing a commercial DVD movie.
