- Answer The 3i Lenovo already has an 8GB RAM, but if you take off the back panel there is a slot off the mother board sufficient for an additional 8GB upgrade.

QuestionThe WiFi card wasn't installed on this laptop & I can't get past the WiFi setup screen! I thought this was supposed to be automatic. I already have our IT dept on this but if it needs something for the WiFi card installment will this be covered? Thanks!

- Answer Good morning, The wifi hardware is embedded (part of the build). You would've had to had your machine special ordered for it to not have wifi capabilities. If you walked in the store and purchased this laptop, it should absolutely have wifi. Try confirming if wifi is enabled or disabled in "Device Settings".

- Answer Yes - just open the google website with the installed bing search engine and search "Download Google Chrome." You will also need to go into your settings and make google chrome your default search engine. The google instructions are easy to follow.
