• A:Answer Hello, thanks for your question. The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 15.6" Laptop Model # 81YQ0008US ships with Windows 10 Home. It does not feature Windows 10 in S-Mode.

• A:Answer When you plug your headphones into the 3.5mm headset port the system speakers automatically turn off and the auto is through the 3.5mm jack only.

• A:Answer No. Though the IdeaPad 5 15 Laptop, model number 81YQ0008US ships with a dual voltage AC adapter/charger, this model ships with a USA compatible wall side plug on the AC adapter. To use outside the USA you will need a wall side plug adapter compatible with the country you want to use the computer in.
