It shows it using the igpu but it's really using the 3050.The graphics your games play will prove that. Almost all of my games are running at ultra high automatically on startup. there's also a Nvidia control panel installed on the computer that you can mess with also, I haven't even touched that though.

Under Manage 3D settings, you'll have the option to switch your preferred graphics processor globally or on a program-to-program basis. If you're trying to turn of the integrated graphics entirely, I'm not quite sure how or if it's even advisable. The bios lets you turn of the Nvidia or use both but not turn off the integrated one.

When you are gaming it will switch over to the Nvidia card. To ensure that it is doing this, open the Nvidia control panel in the bottom right notification area. You will see a drop down at the top for "preferred graphics processor" you can set this to the Nvidia one.
