“Just took the laptop out of the box, followed the steps - country, etc, connect to internet, then it went to blue screen- "Your computer will restart before you continue" for the last 4 hours. It wont shut off or move forward Now what not IT smart”

This may be due to a download and installation of Operating System updates. Allow the computer to remain plugged in and running through its update routine. If the computer seems to be frozen in this update mode and/or does not recover from the Blue Screen alert, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.
