Yes. The Lenovo one-touch backup very nicely restores it to the ORIGINAL as-shipped configuration. I also suggest burning some restore disks as soon as you can and occasionally create System Restore Points. (If you don't know what a System Restore point is, it is a good thing to search for and learn)
