“Ad reads 12GM Memory but in description below under it reads 4GB - which is correct?”

• I purchased this about a month ago and I'm thinking it's more like 4GB, have slowness when downloading videos and larger emails. Also, battery life is not 6 hours, more like 2-4 hours!!!!!

• This model has 4GB of RAM soldered to the motherboard. There is an additional 8GB of RAM added to the one RAM memory slot within this configuration, bringing the system total RAM up to the maximum of 12GB RAM.

• Just purchased this laptop and it came with 12 GB of ram. The combination of the ram and the ssd drive allows it to boot up to sign in screen in approximately 7 seconds. Shuts down in about the same. Very fast laptop.
