The Maximum supported RAM for the Lenovo IdeaPad S340-15 Laptop, model number 81QG000DUS is the 12GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM this configuration ships with. With regard to storage upgrades, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. We recommend you consult your certified technician about your storage upgrade options.
