I would think not. I have used Adobe Illustrator extensively on machines with 8 Gb (i5 - 3rd gen processor), 16 Gb (Ryzen 7 - 4700G) and 32 Gb memory (i9 - 9th gen). The older 8 Gb - i5 is barely adequate, chokes on large files. The others race through loading, editing and saving large files. A little work with Photoshop suggests similar performance. The Duet 3i comes with only 4 Gb and a low-end N4020 processor, adequate for casual use and routine homework but not graphics-intensive work.
