QuestionWhy when I am on the movies and TV app and trying to watch something I can barely hear it? I have the volume settings up checked the control panel and everything it's very quite when watching anything

To start, if when you open the Settings app, then navigate to System > Sound > and the volume slider shows that the volume is up, yet the audio in the Movies & TV app is still low, try scrolling down and selecting the 'Volume mixer' option under the Advanced setting section. Here, ensure that the Movies & TV app volume slider is set to 100. - Answer Hi 99bananas, There isn't a particular brand we would recommend, but rather choosing memory that's compatible with the system's processor, DDR5-6400 memory, if you wish to upgrade to 64GB. Also, the system may work fine with 96GB of memory, but we cannot confirm this as this was not tested at the time of determining product readiness (or an available memory offering from Lenovo). QuestionWhat's the battery life?

- Answer I only tried gaming off the battery once because I know that's not great for performance. I got about an hour of Honkai Star Rail. For non-gaming, I got about 4 hours just running discord, notion, and occasionally chrome. Keyboard backlight is off but screen is full brightness. I didn't tweak any of the battery-only power saving settings, so I could probably get longer out of it if I did that. You can set the power saving settings for plugged in and battery separately.

Questionif i buy the legion 7i and then take it back to my native country india, am i going to be good with the service and all there? as i think 7i didnt launch in india yet and i dont think there is any plan of launching, so pls confirm if am good if it take it

- Answer Hey John, Yes, you can use the system's USB-C port, as it supports USB PD (65-100W). As a note, when not gaming, but you wish to use the USB-C charger on the go -- we recommend using the system's MUX switch configurable in Lenovo Vantage under Gaming Settings to select the GPU working mode to use the system's iGPU to reduce power draw. This will increase charging speeds and reduce the likelihood of the system drawing more battery power than it can replenish. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!

QuestionHi, in my last question regarding vram I was told the device "supports adjustable system VRAM"; can you go a bit in detail on what that means? Am I able to increase the vram to 12 gb without purchasing a new gpu? What would be the cost of that?

- Answer Put higher RAM into the machine. I have 64gb and have allocated 24gb of vram to the gpu through the BIOS. Have not seen any affected performance and everything ive thrown at it, like Cyberpunk 2077, Tomb Raider, etc runs buttery smooth.
