You have to replace the ram, as two slots are already filled (2x8gb). Both are upgradable. There is an additional m.2 nvme slot. Both m.2 slots are full sized.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The ram can be upgraded but is covered by a shield that you simply need to pop off. Yes there are two NVME slots. One on the right and the other on the left. The other user that said a single NVME is incorrect.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The ram is not soldered on, so you can upgrade it. It comes with two 8GB DDR5 sticks running at 5600M/T's for a total of 16GB. If you have the extra budget, I would recommend upgrading the ram to 32GB's. And yes, there is an additional NvME slot. I added a 1TB WD_Black SN850X.
