Its rather inefficient to use an SSD, which will get 300 to about 510 MB/s at best. Use an NVMe and connect to the USB-C, and you get ~1050 MB/s. I play the most demanding games such as full Ark Survival (~420GB installed). For reference, modded Ark boot times drop from ~270 seconds to ~180 sec with ext USB (480) vs ext NVMe (1050). But yes, there are 2 USB 3.2 and 2 USB-C.
