The Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop, model number 90RB000DUS, ships with 8GB DDR4-3200MHz RAM (UDIMM,8GB,DDR4,3200,Samsung - Lenovo Part Number 5M30V06840). Try putting the factory installed RAM back into the Legion Tower 5 then check the RAM speed. If the RAM is performing at 3200MHz, the RAM you are trying to install is not compatible with this system configuration. You do not need to match the existing RAM exactly, but the replacement RAM has to be compatible.
