Q: QuestionCan u fully upgrade this with new parts ?
Asked by Steelcity97.
- A:Answer Yes you can. The motherboard is a B550 so it supports 3000 and 5000 AMD Ryzen processors. The CPU cooler for some reason uses the Intel 115x layout so if you want to upgrade the cooler, you need one that comes with a 115x backplate for Intel processors. The Vetroo V5 RGB for $30 is a good option and the option I went with is the Artic Freezer 34 eSports Duo for around $50 which doesn't have RGB but it has two 120mm fans. The power supply is a regular ATX one so that would be an easy swap. Now this system board currently only supports RAM using JEDEC timings running at 1.2 volts. This means XMP profiles do not work. If you want to upgrade the RAM, it will need to be DDR4 3200mhz running at 22-22-22-52 timings at 1.2 volts. Honestly though, if you wanted to upgrade the RAM, you would be better off swapping out the system board. It is a regular sized mATX so swapping it would be simple because it doesn't have any proprietary connectors.

Q: QuestionWhy isn't the power supply only 400w? Does it have Bluetooth?
Asked by Mason.
- A:Answer It only has a 400 watt power supply because that is all it really needs. Most companies go cheap and only put in what the systems needs. I have stress tested the machine multiple times and it has never had any power issues. During gaming sessions, it uses around 200 watts or so total. Although, if you wanted to upgrade to a higher power video card, I would recommend upgrading. It uses a standard size ATX power supply so swapping in another one wouldn't be an issue.

Q: QuestionWhen would it be back in stock.
Asked by wavy.
- A:Answer A chat with Best Buy folks on availability wasn't very useful. Watching the page, I have seen it come back to 'Available' once in the past few weeks and it only lasted a few minutes, and I've seen it change to 'Unavailable Nearby' a few times. So... seems like they trickle in occasionally. It's a shame we can't be in a queue for when they become available.

Q: QuestionAre 400 watts enough for this pc?
Asked by hewhomustnotbenamed.
- A:Answer Assuming an ATX MB, Newegg's PSU calculator (available on the web) put the requirements at 361 watts for this config. Enough, but just barely. Adding a 7200 RPM hard drive takes it to 381 watts.

Q: Questionis this enough to play the sims 4 along with all the recent packs, including lots of cc and mods?
Asked by mel.
- A:Answer That really will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the specific game you want to play. We recommend you check with the game's software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
