• I cant answer the question but i have the same issue with my legion t5. Says 5600 on specs but its running at 4400. I put new ram sticks in and it still runs at 4400. I played with bios settings and it only works perfrct on default at 4400

• Hey, ZackC. Your RAM speed should not top at 4400MHz, but rather 5600.
