Be sure the monitor uses either an HDMI 2.1 version connection or a DisplayPort 1.4a Version connection and is compatible with the Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System. Also be sure the cable you are using is compatible with either HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4a. If you continue to have issues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Legion Ultimate Support at: 888-278-9707.
