Yes it can handle Sims and more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.UPDATE: New NVIDIA drivers popped up (5/28/2019 I believe) and now the Sims 4 runs fine with Optane enabled.

I bought a second one (Y530) a month later thinking something was wrong with the first one. Nope, the same thing. Then I turned off Optane memory (utility in System Tray) and then the Sims 4 played smoothly. The second Y530 didn't have this utility. But I found the install on the first one and now I can disable it on both.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the game. We recommend you check with the game's software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
