Hi, This LOQ 15 features one open DDR5 SO-DIMM slot, alongside the preinstalled, yet upgradable 12GB SO-DIMM DDR5-4800 module (dual-channel capable). The max memory noted for this model (maximum memory is only to test technical readiness of notebook. Available memory to sell would vary) is 32GB DDR5-4800.
