Yes it has an IPS display but if this laptop has any faults, its the display. Though, its not a bad display, it is a bit on the dim side and can look a little washed out in a brightly lit room. Colors arent as vibrant too. I have a pricier laptop with a better screen that I compared it too and the color and brightness are definitely not as good. But at this price point, i can't complain. You can always dim the lights :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes. The screen is good enough, totally. I was maybe going to wait for an OLED screen to get down in cost but honestly this screen is plenty bright and crisp for my needs, anyway.
