When you power down the headset the controller will go into a sleep mode to save power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks, but the problem is that the battery is not removable. The controller has a usb-c port for charging. The controller discharges when not in use. A single usb-c cable and a single power adapter comes with the unit, so when you’re charging the Solo, the controller is discharging. You can plug in, and charge, either device, while you’re using it, but the cable supplied is only about a meter long, so that’s really not an option. I’ll get another cable and usb power adapter, to deal with it. Or maybe I’ve got a defective controller. Are there other Mirage Solo owners that have noticed their controller losing power even when it’s not in use? Thanks.
