  • QuestionBefore I buy, just so I'm clear. I can run downloaded windows programs as long as I'm not in S mode. Correct? Is it possible to go back to S mode? I'm thinking not.

Once you switch out of S-Mode, you can install programs that are not in the Microsoft Store, but compatible still with Windows 10 after you switch out of S-Mode.     • Answer You have to switch the computer from Windows 10 S-Mode to Windows 10 Home to be able to download any APPs from any source other than the Microsoft Store, including the Chrome Browser APP.
