A:AnswerIt has Microsoft edge and Microsoft 365 which has word xcel all the things. They salesman at Best buy told me was zero free 365 features however, yes it is there. He talked me into paying for a year of Microsoft 365 which is not needed at the rate I use word and the others. The free version is perfect enough for me which can also be downloaded and accessed on my phone in the app or web browser logging into microsoft website which has a free login. Unless you use Microsoft 365 ALOT and need all the extra perks don't pay for the added 365 like I did and give them money for nothing. Free version has 5gb free storage which once you download your document save it to your already established cloud it be I or Google then you can remove it from the onedrive storage. I'm going to try and get a refund on the year membership he made me buy for nothing. Pretty much anything can be added including all the Google apps because it's a Windows operation.
A:AnswerIt has a dedicated 4GB GDDR6 of RAM. Definitely not the most performance, but it's a good balance for battery life. Anything higher than this, I'd look for a gaming laptop instead.

A:AnswerIt will run that software better than most laptops. Where it might struggle a bit with RAM as there is no option for an upgrade to 32GB, it meets all the system requirements for AutoCAD to be run decently.
A:AnswerI wouldn't recommend a screen protector for a laptop. This one in particular might have a niche use for it since it's touchscreen, but if you really are inclined to purchase one, Amazon might be the best bet. Make sure to filter results based off the display size.
