You can find a 20V 7A charger, not universal one. If you look hard enough for it. It took me a few days and they are pricey. Lenovo's offical one is $100. Again if you search for the model and those charging specs you can find it for less.

This laptop comes with a 140W USB-C PD charger, which would be hard to find any universal version outside of a specific one for lenovo. You need to make sure that if you are buying a universal USB-C PD charger, you buy a USB-C cable rated for the appropriate size, i.e. if you are buying a 100W USB-C charger, you need to make sure you have a 100W USB-C cable. Also note a 140W charger will charge twice as fast (or take half as long) as a 65W charger.
