• Yes you can. I currently use it with a 100W USB-C charger. It even works with my 65W charger. Looking at the discharge stats, while just browsing it is discharging at ~10W (per hour),

• Absolutely, you can. Just think of it as a macbook with a default of 165w charger. Most of the time, when I plugged it in, I used the internal lenovo software to limit the upcoming voltage to prevent the battery from going bad.
