QuestionIs it possible to change the alarm sound? This one is too calm.

- Answer Hello, yes you can choose between several different alarm sounds. There are a few ways to do this. you can change the tone of previously set alarms by swiping down from the home screen and selecting the alarm and then changing the tone from the alarm's settings menu. You can also change the default tone so that new alarms set by hand will automatically have your chosen alarm tone. To do this swipe down from the home screen, select alarms, scroll to the bottom of the alarms menu and select the gear shaped settings Icon to pull up your master alarm and volume settings.

- Answer Hello, The AC adapter of the Lenovo Smart Clock has an input capacity of 100V-240V 1.3A 50-60Hz, is Dual Voltage, and ships with a USA compatible wall side plug. To use the Smart Clock outside the USA, you will need a wall side plug adapter, compatible with the country the Smart Clock will be used in.

QuestionIs the clock dependent to WiFi connection? The Insignia when it looses connection to WiFi, you loose the clock.

- Answer The clock itself and the alarms will still work without WiFi. But any wifi dependent service like music or ambient sounds, Google questions, etc won't work until WiFi is restored.

- Answer Sadly, no. However, this is a deficiency of Google Assistant itself, not of the Lenovo Smart Clock. Once Google adds the capability to include Outlook calendars in Google Assistant, then I suspect that this clock, and any other Google Assistant devices, will be able to display and report on Outlook calendar entries.

- Answer There are several ways to snooze the device Besides voice command, you can use the touch screen snooze button or you can simply tap on the top of the device and it will snooze

- Answer From what I've experienced while listening to YouTube, you cannot actually stream the videos. So you wouldn't have to worry about that. Think of it as a Google home with some extra visual features, like weather and appointments. You can stream the video feeds you have of certain cameras in your home.

- Answer You can use the Google Home app on an iPhone, which you will need during initial setup. You can also control your Smart Clock from the app in terms of settings, casting music/podcasts or controlling volume.

QuestionDoes the time remain visible when an alarm or routine is triggered? On the Home Hub, the screen changes to a player (music, podcast, etc) and the time is no longer visible until you stop the player. Once stopped, it then it returns to the time. Thanks!

- Answer You will need a WiFi connection during setup and to use the Google Assistant feature. You will be able to still use the clock features and have Google set up an alarm/timer, without WiFi being connected.

- Answer Yes. On the Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant touch screen, swipe down to reveal the Alarms Settings. Select Alarms. You will see all the alarms you currently have set and saved to your Lenovo Smart Clock. On the right side of each alarm is an on/off toggle. You can toggle off any alarms you do not want to be active. Just toggle the alarm back on when you want the alarm to become active again.

- Answer I own the LSC, and I can tell you that changing the volume on the device does not change the volume on other Google-connected devices or speakers (if I'm understanding your question). You can change the volume using the Google Home app, as well.
