We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Bluetooth connectivity of your Lenovo Smart Tab M10 Tablet and its dock. First, be sure you have the latest version of Android Operating System on the tablet. Here is a link to instructions for checking for Android updates for your tablet: https://support.google.com/android/answer/7680439?hl=en. Once you have checked for updates, see if the Bluetooth connectivity issue has been resolved. If not, now try this: 1. Undock the Tablet from the DOCK. 2. Forget Previous connection or/and current Connection in Settings/Connected devices. 3. Swipe up from the bottom in launcher to Recent APP interface, Choose ‘Clear all’ in Recent APP. 4. Restart the tablet. 5. Dock the Tablet again (Do not set up dock by Alexa APP, Do not touch the ALEXA app and Notification popped from ALEXA anymore).
