- Answer When the Smart Tab was released, it used Android 8 (Oreo). There was a recent update that your device will have you push that will upgrade the Smart Tab to Android 9.

QuestionMy tablet died after 30 days of use. It will not power on at all. When you plug it in to a charger or put it in the docking station, there is a blinking red light next to the camera for a little while, then it goes away. How do I recover the device?

- Answer It does. It has dual forward facing speakers on the tablet. They get a bit tinny sounding at high volumes, but can get surprisingly loud.

- Answer No, it isn't wireless, it does charge it though, if that was your main concern, but it's not wireless, it's got two small contact points at the bottom that need to line up for it to charge, but it isn't hard to line them up since it also comes with two small tabs thatpretty much line it up for you.

- Answer When docked and in Show Mode, the Smart Tab will act as such. You can have it display wallpapers or photo albums, or utilize the new updates and prompts. QuestionCan the default homescreen be a Google calendar? I'm looking to replace my family wall calendar. I assume it has a calendar but am hoping for a monthly view calendar as the HOME SCREEN specifically. My family will never click into the calendar.

- Answer Lenovo M10 with 16g of ram is so slow and unresponsive I believe you would be disappointed. Perhaps the P10 with 64g would work better but given the M10 I own won't stay connected while docked (similar to the experience of many others) I wouldn't count on it.... I'll be returning the M10.

- Answer Yes, you can. It's a full blown Android tablet, but it has Alexa built in this unit. Alexa only works while it is "docked" on the speaker unit.

- Answer We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Smart Tab M10 Tablet. Press your device’s Power button and hold it down. You should only have to hold the Power button down for ten seconds, but you may have to hold it down for thirty seconds or longer. This will cut the power to your phone or tablet and force it to boot back up, fixing any hard freezes. - Answer It does not have a magnetometer so it doesn't work with many apps . Compass, google sky (auto mode) etc.. Very disappointing. The sensor that is missing likely cost less then 10$ and is probably in the tablet as part of the GPS or accelerometer but disabled.
