QuestionSo this was working for me on Friday no problem. I update my iPhone 7 plus on Saturday morning and now keeps saying "searching for connecting between phone and headset". What is going on? My phone is supported and I would like to play this game.

- Answer Because of the update, we recommend that you re- set the game. Start by using the game "app" to connect your phone with the system and follow the steps that you are prompted to.

Questionis the LG G5 compatible? and will the headset and possibly locator be able to use other Enhanced Reality apps available on Android app stores

- Answer Short Answer: Runs just fine, so far. Long Answer: The LG G5 isn't on the list of compatible devices, but the G6 is. And I just downloaded and installed the app on my G5, and tried it out on the lightsaber duel game for about 5 minutes. A newer, faster phone would be better, but the G5 will let you play with a virtual lightsaber.

QuestionSamsung note 8 compatible? The S8 is so I assume the note 8 is, the list might be old I'm hoping since the Note 8 just came out. Is it compatible? I really need to know since I already pre-ordered I need to know if I need to cancel my order.

- Answer You can use an IPhone 8 with this. I think maybe the specs for the product were written before the 8 was released so maybe that’s why it doesn’t appear.

QuestionTry again. I preordered already and have a note 8. What is the dimensions of the storage unit for a phone? Ie. 4 in. X 2 in. It should be pretty clear if it will fit or not. Either way I'm keeping the unit. I know the list of compatible devices.thnx

- Answer We are sorry to hear that the tray with the phone got inserted backwards.There is an icon with arrow on the tray that lets you know which way it goes in. If you would like to take responsibility for this action, you can try very carefully to grasp the tray with your thumb and finger, and very carefully wiggle it back and forth ( sideways) while sliding it out slowly. QuestionI keep getting black screen and pointer dot and that's it. Deleted game and it played once. Then again no gameplay. Anyone else have this issue? Cannot find it anywhere online except a reviewer for the app had the same thing happen. Thanks.

- Answer Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset and the cable connected when setting the system up for the first time. Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. If this does not work please contact our support team for a detailed troubleshooting guidance @ support.lenovo.com/jedichallenges

QuestionWhy does the IPod Touch not work with the Lenovo Star Wars AR Headset? I asked a Lenovo person and they said it is not compatible. I asked why, they said u need bluetooth & Wifi but the IPod Touch has that. So WHY WOULD AN IPOD TOUCH BE INCOMPATIBLE??

QuestionNote 8 Compatible? I saw the phone has to go into a case... So if any phone wouldn't fit, it would be the note8. Also, it seems you would need to remove the case.
