Does it use wifi or can you have the wifi off? null

The only time you will need an internet connection ( Wi-Fi) is when you set up the game with the" app" for the first time.The Star Wars Jedi Challenges does not need Wi-Fi to work.

You might want it to download the app (it's 700mb). But after that you don't need internet connection at all. Make sure your phone is on the compatible list. Mine isn't on the list so the lightsaber won't pair. I have to use my wife's S7 instead. The game is amazing but if you play it for too long I get a "phone overheating" message.

Work with the phone , if you phone has access to internet with out Wi-Fi then you don’t need it, but if not you will need Wi-Fi

I do not think it relies on Wi-Fi at all. It connects the motion sensor and lightsaber control by Bluetooth. Really fun game that makes me sweat!!! I wish this existed when I was a kid!!

It only uses Bluetooth to connect to light saver. WiFi connection is not needed.
