Here is a link to adjusting the microphone settings on an Android 9 tablet, like this Lenovo Tab M10: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2693767?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en. Also, since a video conference APP is being used, try adjusting the microphone settings with the APP itself.
