Yes you can. I’ve downloaded roblox and used it for a couple games. It plays well and I didn’t experience any lag in the few games I played. My daughter has not complained either. With that being said this is only 2gb of ram and therefore it’s not going to handle multiple apps or strenuous programs as well as something with more ram. There is a more expensive version of this exact tablet with 4gb of ram, which would obviously be snappier. But is that worth spending another $75+? That’s really a question only you can answer. If you’re going to spend $250 or more on a tablet then you’re in a whole different price point where I’m sure there are higher spec devices for a comparable price in that 250-300 range. If you’re just gonna use this for web, some videos, and smaller games then I’d say you can’t go wrong. Good luck
