No. The previous E10 allowed a USB-to-LAN adapter, but the M10 does not. The USB-C connector works for power supply and storage device (memory stick).

I bought the Lenovo Tab M-10 HD model Lenovo TB-X206F from Best Buy specifically to connect to the internet. That was a waste of money. The ethernet adaptor they sold me was for a PC, not a tablet, so I returned it. The sales person said they didn't carry one, and tough luck on buying a tablet you don't need. My Samsung tablet was still working fine.

Yes. The Lenovo Tab M10 Plus Tablet has a USB-C 2.0 (support data transfer, OTG and Power Delivery) port and with a USB-c to ethernet OTG adapter you can connect this tablet to an ethernet cable.
