Yes, the Tab 4, 10.1" comes with a free thirty day trial of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and One note) . After the thirty day trail you would need to purchase it. The best way to back up any files on this tablet is with a Micro SD card ( supports up to a 128GB card and we recommend using FAT and exFAT cards). It does have a Micro USB that supports an OTG adapter for a full size USB ,but you would need a way to power the DH. There are two front firing speakers powered by Dolby Atmos for great sound and a microphone built in ,or you can use the 3.5 mm audio combo jack for a mic.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The only port on the device is a charging port. There is sd storage available of up to 256gb. There is an internal speaker and microphone. Word, Excellent, and PowerPoint come pre-installed. I have not used them so don't know how well they work. Also don't know if these are "free" for a period of time and then you have to purchase.
