They are both Android WiFi only tablets. ( Samsung Galaxy Tab 1.10" is Android 6.0) The Tab 4, 10.1" is an Android 7.1 , WiFi only tablet with Dual front firing, Dolby Atmos speakers, a HD display and several other features. It also has a Micro SD card slot that will support up to a 128GB card. Unlike some other manufacturers, you can store what ever you want on a SD card.(apps , games ,etc.) We recommend using FAT and exFAT cards.
