• FAT, exFAT are filesystem formats and for practical purposes all cards are either one or the other; so get any SD.

• There are many of these types of SD cards available, in different brands. All you need is do a search on Google for these types of SD cards. The Tab 4, 10.1" supports up to a 128GB one.
