• The Tab 4 10.1" is compatible with any Bluetooth keyboard/keyboard case and does support a non active stylus at the same time. With proper apps you can read and make notes on PDFs.

• It will only use a non-powered stylus with the soft tip or your finger in combination with an app that allows editing pdf's. You could look into the Bamboo stylus that aks like an Apple pen but make sure it’s compatible with the Lenovo tablet. Hope that helps.
