“Anyone had issues with the tablet constantly rebooting while in standby mode? If it goes into standby mode, when I return it's either on the home screen or in the middle of rebooting and all previous apps are closed. Multiple factory resets haven't helped”

no my tab does not have this issue I would return it and get a new one

We are not aware of any running problems with rebooting while in standby mode. You may want to try another "factory reset".
