Hi, Richard. It is possible that the Lenovo computer you were using did not have the bandwidth or capabilities due to the type of USB-C port to support your peripherals simultaneously, or not be compatible with your splitter. If after confirming compatibility and applying any available updates for the Lenovo system giving you trouble through the Lenovo Vantage app, your issue persists, you can contact Lenovo Support under the Support tab in the Vantage app.
