Greetings from the Intel team. Thank you for your question. Based on the system specifications provided on the Retailer's website, the Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q has the Intel® Core™ i7-13700T processor with a Max Turbo Frequency of 4.90 GHz. CPUs do not always need to run at their maximum frequency. Some programs depend more on memory to run smoothly, while others are CPU-intensive. Intel® Turbo Boost Technology is an energy-efficient solution to this imbalance: it lets the CPU run at its base clock speed when handling light workloads and jumps to a higher clock speed for heavy workloads. The computer has integrated graphics (Intel® UHD Graphics 770); integrated graphics is a GPU (graphics processing unit) built into the processor. For details on CPU perforamnce, here's a link to an Intel webpage (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/230492/intel-core-i713700t-processor-30m-cache-up-to-4-90-ghz/specifications.html) with details on the Core i7 used in this ThinkCentre. Also, it does not feature a dedicated graphics card, but instead integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 which also has details listed on the previously linked webpage.
