I ordered a lenovo refurbished laptop march 26, 2018 I also paid $15s to expidite the shipping to March 30, 2018 because I planned to take it on vacation with me. Sadly, I didnt recieve the laptop untill April 2, 2018. Due to the delay, I wasn’t able to inspect my laptop until April 16, 2018 when I returned from vacation. Upon inspecting my laptop, I found it missing the touch point. Knowing that part was easy and affordable to replace I over looked that aspect. If you are still reading this review I just want to state this is my first bad expierence with any “Best Buy” products. In regards to my laptop, I was very frustrated when It wouldn’t boot up. I am currently in the process of a return and, I am very dissapointed. I have talked to a representative and will print out the return label but will return instore for a realtime refund. I hope no one else has this expierence .
