QuestionThe link"what is a refurbished laptop" was broken. I bought a lenovo Think pad T430S Refurbished (14", Intel 15, 8GB, 256GB). Since this is an old model, does this mean somebody used it for a few years and returned and then bestbuy retrofitted it 4 resale

- Answer That is correct. It may have been a business lease, was returned after lease and was restore to full operation, no necessarily "new", but working. This allows for a very favorable price point.

- Answer Yes, Best Buy sells Windows 10 software. Check with Best Buy for the proper version of Windows 10 to upgrade the version of Windows 7 on this refurbished system.

We recommend you check with Microsoft for the proper version of Windows 10 compatible with this version of Windows 7 Pro.
