“A few people advised RAM can be upgraded via a single 16GB stick. One person said it MUST be DDR4 2133mhz SO-DIMM. Can anyone who has upgraded this laptop pls recommend a reliable RAM make/model and say if they've seen a significant improvement in speed.”

The specified RAM profile is DDR3 for this system. There is only one slot in this system. We do not recommend using any replacement parts that do not match the profile for this product. You may void your warranty if you use parts that do not match the product profile. Also all work done on the system must be done by a certified technician or you may again void your warranty. Keep in mind this system also has a NVIDIA GeForce 940M GPU with 2GB of dedicated RAM on the GPU, for a system total of 10GB for graphics processing.
